Matured in barriques and refined in bottles for
10 months.
Harvested in the first ten days of October. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 12°C, after which the wine remained in contact with the fine lees for about 2 months until it became clear.
Fruity and floral bouquet, very intense with hints of peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, broom and magnolia. Taste dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with adequate freshness.
First and second courses of seafood with excellent structure, even with considerable seasoning. A wine that can also accompany medium-aged cheeses.
Harvested in the third decade of September. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked into tanks for about 6 months and another 6 months into French oak barriques. At the end of maturation, the wine was bottled without any filtration.
Bouquet Fruity, with hints of plum jam, cherries, small red berries and hints of toasted wood. Taste Dry, warm, soft.
Charcuterie, first and second courses with a great structure, rich in seasonings and with a strong flavour. Excellent with medium and long seasoned cheeses.
Maturation in barriques for 8 months and refinement in bottles for 10 months.
