A project put into the bottle, the child of a unique terroir, the fruit of a century-old vineyard made unique by the irresistible charm of time. Art frames a wine capable of taking you on a journey around the world with every sip, amidst extraordinarily unique spices and aromas.
Very fruity and floral, with spicy and toasty hints. Dry, warm, rather savoury, with a very fine and enveloping tannic texture. Long taste persistence with amplifications of the scents perceived on the nose.
Harvest in the third ten days of September, de-stemming precedes the start of alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts, during the maceration and fermentation phases, 3 pumpovers per day are carried out. After about 16 days, racking takes place and the newly obtained wine is immediately racked into barriques, where it will completely undergo malolactic fermentation. After about 12 months in the wooden barrels, the wine is racked into tanks and bottled after a few weeks, without any filtration.

Colour intense ruby red
Intense red without subsidence, luminous. Enveloping and ethereal aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, hints of wood, nuances of dog rose and soft spice. Subtle hints of liquorice and smoky notes emerge. On the palate it is warm, ample, austere, with dense, fine tannins on the way to integration and a long persistence that enhances the expressive power of this elegant, full-bodied wine.
